April Book
The king's scholar, the magus, believes he knows the site of an ancient treasure. To attain it for his king, he needs a skillful thief, and he selects Gen from the king's prison. The magus is interested only in the theif's abilities. What Gen is interested in is anyone's guess. Their journey toward the treasure is both dangerous and difficult, lightened only imperceptibly by the tales they tell of the old gods and goddesses.

Jen W sent me an email mentioning that she is reading ahead in the series. She wanted me to say if anyone else wants to read ahead it would be fun to discuss the other books.

Just remember that this is the first in a series! And I actually think the series gets better with each book. And she uses a lot of description, but push through it! Totally worth it!
The series totally gets better with each book, but I really enjoyed this first one!!
